Carson finally gets on scoreboard

It has taken most of the game, but Carson is finally warming up in its intersectional game against Long Beach Poly.

The Colts got on the scoreboard with a touchdown run by junior Kevin Lane that made the score 38-6 with 8:12 to play.

The point-after kick was missed, but Juan Sanchez did better on a field-goal conversion that pulled the Colts to within 38-9 with 5:19 left.

Judging by the long faces on the Colts’ sideline, the Colts needed that, to say the least.
