Hart linebacker Patrick Larimore had surgery to repair a torn ligament on his left thumb Monday. There’s a chance he could play again this season if the second-seeded Indians make a deep run in the Northern Division playoffs.

Larimore played
with practically his entire forearm in a cast on Friday during the Indians’ 24-21 victory over Saugus for the Foothill League title.
