Mike MacGillivray just overhshot Noah Perio on what would have been a third-down TD pass. De La Salle sets up for a 25-yard field goal by Garrett Beil. It’s good, but Centennial is whistled for roughing the kicker.

DLS accepts the three points rather than taking it off the board. Had they accepted, they would have been faced with a fourth-and-three.

The Spartans lead, 10-7, with 11:43 left in the second quarter. I’m thinking it’s a victory for the Centennial defense. I’m sure Coach Matt Logan will trade field goals for touchdowns all night long.
