Canyon’s Wallerstein heading to Air Force

Canyon offensive lineman A.J. Wallerstein has committed to Air Force, according to the Daily News. Wallerstein is one of the most heavily-recruited linemen in Southern California and he’s also pretty smart -- he scored a 1,970 on the SAT and has a 4.2 GPA. He also received offers from Yale and Harvard.

Wallerstein was part of Canyon’s 2006 Division I state bowl championship-winning team. The Cowboys finished 4-6 this season.
