Girls’ soccer: Hart’s Dean out for the season

Hart‘s Foothill League title aspirations took a big hit on Friday when second-leading scorer Meghan Dean broke her leg in the first half of the Indians’ 1-0 loss to Louisville in the semifinals of the Hart Soccer Showcase. Dean collided with Louisville goalie Katherine Amano sometime during the game’s opening 20 minutes.

Hart Coach Louis Romero told The Signal, ‘The game was not a big deal for us. It was just Meghan. Losing Meghan is the big thing.’
