Dons heading to Division I state championships

Behind a 29-point effort by Jordan Hamilton, Dominguez advanced to next weekend’s Division I state championships with an 83-74 victory over King in the Southern California Regional championships on Saturday night at the Sports Arena.

Dominguez will play Oakland McClymonds for the Division I state title at 8 p.m. on Saturday at Arco Arena in Sacramento.

Kawhi Leonard and Eric Wise each scored 23 points for King.
