For UCLA football fans unfamiliar with the name Tyler Stockton, don’t worry, you’re not alone. In fact, join the crowd because the kid from back East is a relative unknown around these parts. Hopefully, this blog will shed a little light about the junior from Princeton (N.J.) Hun, who recently received a scholarship offer from the Bruins.

Several big-time NCAA Division I programs are waiting for the 6-foot-1, 290 pound defensive lineman to commit, including Georgia Tech, Penn St. and West Virginia -- to name a few. All told, he has 10 offers on the table. But before he makes a decision about his future, Stockton plans on taking as many recruiting trips as possible. UCLA is one of the destinations at the top of his list, according to these quotes. Who knows, this time next year, Stockton could be a well-known name on the West Coast.
