Boys’ basketball: DePaul wins Faber sweepstakes

It looks like Ribet Academy big man Krys Faber is heading to the Windy City instead of the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
According to Scout.com, Faber has committed to DePaul, choosing the Blue Demons over Minnesota. The Palmdale resident apparently made the decision after visiting the Chicago school on April 10.
The 6-foot-11, 260-pound post player averaged 15.8 points, 17.5 rebounds and 6.5 blocks this past season.
This begs the question -- what’s the better mascot name? The Fighting Frogs or the Blue Demons?
