Should there be separate public and private playoff divisions?

I know the Southern Section polled the populace on this same question a couple months ago, but we were wondering what your thoughts are on placing public and private schools into separate playoff divisions.

League representatives are scheduled to vote on the issue Thursday, and the CIF has issued a legal opinion against such separation. But what do you think?
