Basketball: Watts Summer Games begins Saturday

The boys’ basketball competition begins Saturday in the Watts Summer Games, which is always the first chance to see new players for the upcoming season.

Los Angeles University and Fairfax are hosting games on Saturday. Fairfax plays El Dorado in a 9 a.m. game. At noon, Van Nuys, expected to be one of the most talented teams in the City Section, will take on Verbum Dei at Fairfax.
