ESPN continues to gather up websites and assets in the high school sports business, and its latest acquisition is Student Sports, Inc., a digital media and event production company founded by Andy Bark and based in Torrance that runs the Nike combines, Area Code Games and handles such websites as DyeStat.com and StudentSports.com.

It’s part of a new ESPN push that will deliver high school sports content across all the network’s platforms.
