Division realignment is usually a tricky and debatable subject, but I don’t think you’ll find too many Mid-Valley Division teams complaining.

The CIF Southern Section‘s decision to make the Mid-Valley Division an almost exclusively San Gabriel Valley playground has drawn rave reviews from coaches, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

San Dimas and El Monte shouldn’t get too comfortable, though.

Defending divisional finalists Santa Clara and Bishop Diego might be gone and Oaks Christian is no longer in the picture, but Antelope Valley-based Paraclete is favored to bring home the program’s seventh divisional title this December.

Still, you have to like the chances of an all-SGV title party.
