Los Osos leads Bishop Amat, 10-7, at halftime

It’s halftime out here in Rancho Cucamonga, and No. 16 Los Osos leads Bishop Amat, 10-7.

It’s been a pretty exciting game and there haven’t been too many mistakes considering it’s a season opener.

Los Osos QB Richard Brehaut has been the difference in this one even though he’s connected on only three of 12 passes for 70 yards. However, he’s rushed for 50 yards on six carries and scored the Grizzlies’ first TD on a 14-yard scramble right through the Bishop Amat secondary.

There’s still no sign of UCLA Coach Rick Neuheisel, but he’s slated to arrive in the fourth quarter.
