If Servite defeats Mater Dei this season for the first time since a 42-24 victory in 1988, it won’t happen at Angel Stadium.

As first reported by the Orange County Register, the teams had to move their Oct. 17 Trinity League game to Cal State Fullerton because of a possible conflict with an Angels home playoff game. The Friars could not use Cerritos College, where they play home games this season, because of a scheduling conflict.
