Andrew Curtis of Loyola halted Mission Viejo’s opening drive of the third quarter on the Cubs’ 31 when he recovered a botched pitch. But Loyola was unable to capitalize, and it’s still Mission Viejo 20, Loyola 7 with under seven minutes left in the third quarter.
