Carson running back Myles Johnson took an inside handoff, stepped out of a tackle in the backfield, broke to the right sideline and raced 28 yards for a touchdown to give the No. 2-seeded Colts a commanding 17-0 lead over visiting Locke with 2:23 left in the second quarter of tonight’s City Section Division I quarterfinal.

Locke gained four first downs on its opening drive but has only two since. The No. 7-seeded Saints have possession at their own 41-yard line with 34 seconds left in the first half.
