Quarterback Jesse Scroggins ran eight yards to score a touchdown on a draw play to give Lakewood a 7-0 lead with 6:06 left in the first quarter against Edison.
Edison has rarely trailed in games this season, so it’s going to be interesting how the Chargers respond. Alley Long had a 28-yard run during a 59-yard drive.
