Two controversial calls have gone against Narbonne and could loom large in this game.

The first was a shovel pass called a fumble. Then the Gauchos apparently lost a down and turned the ball over on downs in Crenshaw territory.

The Cougars took over and marched 67 yards, with De’Anthony Thomas scoring on an 11-yard run on fourth and one to give Crenshaw a 21-7 lead with seven seconds left in the second quarter of the City Section Division I championship game at the Coliseum.
