Boys’ basketball: Ribet Academy 14, Tarbut V’ Torah 12

Ribet Academy trailed 10-2 in the first four minutes but came back to take a 14-12 lead in a tightly-contested first quarter that should be expected between the top two seeds.

Senior Jon Conley and junior Larry Carter III each have 6 points for the top-seeded Fighting Frogs, who shot 6 of 20 from the field and out-rebounded Tarbut V’ Torah 12-9.

Sophomore guard Bradley Neutel made 4 of 6 shots for 8 points and senior guard Aryeh Kashdan added 4 points for the Lions.

This is anyone’s game heading into the second quarter.
