Santa Monica’s 10-0 fourth-quarter run might have mattered had the Vikings not turned the ball over 17 times and shot 29.4% through the first three quarters.

But Leuzinger led by 24 points by the time Santa Monica made its only real push of the game, and the Olympians held on for a 58-39 victory in the Division 1A championship this afternoon at the Honda Center.
