Mater Dei and Brea Olinda, two of the top teams in the nation, will meet at 2 p.m. March 20 at USC’s Galen Center for the Southern California Regional Division II championship rematch. Last year, Brea Olinda won, 44-38.

Both teams have had recent injuries.

Brea Olinda’s Alexis Perry suffered a torn knee ligament in the second quarter of a Southern California Regional Division II quarterfinal Thursday against Diamond Ranch.

The Ladycats’ starting point guard will be out for the rest of the season.

And Mater Dei’s starting point guard, Jordan Adams, hurt her hamstring at the end of the Southern California Regional Division II semifinal against Hanford on Saturday.

She missed practice Monday but was expected to participate in Tuesday’s practice.

‘I’ll be back for the Brea game,’ Adams said.
