Track: Gedyon, Cabral at World Junior Championships

Distance runner Elias Gedyon from Los Angeles Loyola and hurdler Jonathan Cabral from Agoura will be competing this week at the IAAF World Junior Track and Field Championships in Canada.

Also on the U.S. team are pole vaulter Kyle Ballew, a Woodland Hills El Camino Real grad; 400-meter runner Josh Mance, a Chino Don Lugo grad; hammer thrower Conor McCullough, a West Hills Chaminade grad; long jumper Karynn Dunn from Diamond Bar; distance runner Jordan Hasay from Arroyo Grande, and heptathlon competitor Ashley Smith from Long Beach Millikan.
