Football: Long Beach Poly holds on for 23-20 win

Senior defensive lineman Michael Teo sacked Harbor City Narbonne quarterback Troy Williams for an 11-yard loss on fourth down and eight at Long Beach Poly’s 29-yard line with 1:20 left and the Jackrabbits held on for a 23-20 victory.

Poly, ranked No. 13 in the Southland by The Times, finished with 13 first downs and 326 yards in total offense. Narbonne had 14 first downs and 292 yards.
