Football: Victor Blackwell putting on a show

Mater Dei quarterback Max Wittek threw a pass about as far as he could under pressure, and Victor Blackwell pulled it down and ended up with a 60-yard reception. Then Blackwell caught a 15-yard TD pass, giving Mater Dei a 17-6 lead over St. John Bosco in the second quarter. Blackwell has caught three passes for 107 yards and two touchdowns.
