Junior third baseman Zack Rivera, a standout running back for Beckman’s football team, has something to tell his friends about. He hit a two-run home run down the left-field line in the first inning to give the Patriots a 2-0 lead over Woodbridge after one inning in the Southern Section Division 3 championship game.
