Football: Comedy night benefit in honor of Ryan Villalpando

Moreno Valley High School will host a comedy night benefit on Friday at 7 p.m. to establish a memorial scholarship fund in honor of assistant football Coach Ryan Villalpando, who was killed along with his wife and two young children in a car accident in 2010.

Members of the school’s football and baseball teams will participate, along with cheerleaders and other students. The scholarship will benefit current and future students at Moreno Valley. Tickets can be obtained by calling the school at 951-571-4820.
