After the first quarter of the Division III Southern California Regional girls’ final, San Diego Mission Bay has a 19-18 lead over Laguna Hills. Laguna Hills led, 15-6, to start the game.

Update: At halftime, Laguna Hills has a 40-39 lead. Celia Marfone of Laguna Hills had 16 points in the second quarter, including four threes.
