A church school band that played at an election rally for President Reagan in Sacramento after a judge barred public school musicians from taking part has been invited to play at Reagan’s inauguration, it was announced. The Sacramento Union Academy will have to raise $90,000 if it wants to send its 90-member band to the Jan. 21 ceremony in Washington.
