Peggy Keidel, executive director of the Visiting Nurses Assn. of the East San Gabriel Valley, has been appointed to the board of directors of the American Assn. of Visiting Nurses. The association provides educational services and programs on home health care.
Ruben Mettler, chairman and chief executive officer of TRW Inc., has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of Caltech in Pasadena. Mettler will succeed chairman, R. Stanton Avery, who is retiring. Mettler received his bachelor’s, master’s and doctor’s degrees from Caltech.
Jack Quinn of Chino has been named principal of Arroyo High School in El Monte. Quinn has worked at the high school for 27 years and has served as an instructor, counselor and assistant principal.
