First Phase of Seaside Village Being Offered

Phase One of Marlborough Seaside Village, a town house community that will eventually contain 238-units, has been completed with 38 homes currently being offered by Marlborough Development Corp.

Set in an ocean-close location at 2693 Barnacle Cove in Port Hueneme, the two- and three bedroom homes with two or three baths are priced from $109,990 to $132,990.

A full array of recreational amenities include a heated swimming pool, four therapy spas, barbecues and a community clubhouse with kitchen and lounge.

The homes have 1,018 to 1,571 square feet with interior features such as vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, spacious master bedroom suites, carpeting, skylights. Tile roofs, fenced patios and two-car garages add style and convenience to the homes’ exteriors.

All recreational facilities and community common areas will be maintained by the Marlborough Seaside Village homeowners’ association for an initial monthly fee of $114.

The community is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Fridays.
