As part of a reorganization of its residental group, Coldwell Banker, a Los Angeles-based unit of Sears, Roebuck & Co., announced the following appointments:
Rodney A. Briggs, senior vice president-planning and acquisition, has been named executive vice president of the residential group to oversee its expansion.
Jack Frost, executive vice president in charge of the company-owned brokerage system, will head a new division that combines franchise and company-owned brokerage operations.
Executive Vice President Donald K. Olson will direct escrow and title operations.
