The California Assn. of Public Information Officers has presented a first-place award to the city for issuing a publication on the history of the Santa Monica Municipal Bus Lines. The report, “The History of Santa Monica’s Big Blue Bus,” was prepared by Santa Monica public information officer Linda Sullivan.
