USC Tries to Recover Against Cougars

Share

Just when it seemed that the USC basketball team was ready to become a factor in the Pacific 10 race, it regressed.

It happened Thursday night at Cal State Dominguez Hills, where the Trojans played one of their worst games of the season, losing to Washington, 66-50. The Huskies shared the league championship last season with Oregon State.

USC, 7-4 overall, 1-1 in the Pac-10, will get an opportunity to redeem itself at 1:30 today when it meets Washington State, 10-3 and 2-1, at Dominguez Hills, a temporary home court for the Trojans.
