Smith to Travel to Italy for Talks on Crime, Drugs

WASHINGTON —
Atty. Gen. William French Smith will leave Monday for a four-day trip to Rome. Smith will hold meetings with Italy’s top legal official, Oscar Luigi Scalfaro, to discuss ways to limit crime and drug trafficking.
