Shopping Center Dedicated in Pasadena Area

Hastings Ranch Plaza, a new shopping center located on Foothill Boulevard between Rosemead Boulevard and Michillinda Avenue, has been officially dedicated.

The project of Hastings Ranch Plaza Associates, a general partnership of First G & D Properties and Cal Fed Enterprises, is a $6-million expansion of an existing Pasadena shopping center developed in the late 1950s for the Sears organization.

The 16-acre site includes an existing 200,000-square-foot Sears store plus 60,000 square feet of new retail shops, and offers in excess of 1,000 parking spaces.
