Watt Offers Palisades Luxury Homes Sites

Palisades Village Estates, a project of Watt Luxury Housing Inc., located at the top of Bienveneda Avenue in Pacific Palisades, is offering 68 prime home sites, of which 41 remain available for purchase. They range in price from $176,000 to $370,00.

Three separate custom-designed homes, specifically adaptable to the sites, are under construction. These homes, if built by Watt, will cost about $650,000 to $770,000.
