Del Mar
Television producer Quinn Martin was reelected chairman of the nine-member Del Mar Fair board Monday and lawyer C. Hugh Friedman vice chairman. Martin’s reelection came despite the fact that his term on the board expires today. Martin, however, said he believes there is a “very good chance” that Gov. George Deukmejian will appoint him to a four-year term.
