Man Leaps to His Death Off Empire State Building

NEW YORK —
A 28-year-old man climbed over restraining fences and leaped to his death from the 86th-floor observation deck of the Empire State Building, police said Saturday. Michael Ikenson of Brooklyn died Friday.
