Why Not Spanish?
I noticed an article about legislation for English as the state’s language. I think that’s dumb.
Many of our counties, cities, streets etc. have Spanish names. We are nextdoor to Mexico. California has the largest Latino population.
Why not make Spanish the state tongue? Then we could all converse with busboys, landscape employees, businesses in Tijuana, discount shoppers etc.
