In-Town Location Featured at Glendale Oaks Condominiums

An in-town location near the Glendale Galleria, along with relatively affordable prices are features of Glendale Oaks, a 120-unit condominium development by W & B Builders opening today.

The 60 units in the first phase are available in four one-and two-bedroom floor plans with 875 to 1,284 square feet, priced from $93,000 to $128,000. Mid-February move-ins are planned and the monthly homeowners association fees are $86.08.

Designed by architect Samuel Wacht, AIA, Los Angeles, the three-story buildings of Glendale Oaks offer a “low-rise, secure, village-style” atmosphere, according to Frank Thompson, W & B president.

Each unit has a master suite, a private storage room and a separate dining area. All but the one bedroom units come with two full baths. Recreational amenities include a swimming pool, spa and paddle tennis court areas.

Four furnished models, designed by Jan Irwin Interiors, Fullerton, are open from noon to dusk daily at Oak Street and Pacific Avenue, a block west of the Galleria and a block north of Colorado Street.
