Homes Rising in Long Beach

Work is under way on one of the last waterfront properties available to private home and boat owners in Southern California--Seaporte, a luxury home development on Alamitos Bay in Long Beach.

Expected to open this spring, the project will feature 211 luxury single-family detached homes designed by Steven D. Ehrlich AIA Architect Inc.
