Lazers Lose to Blast, 7-2

The Lazers gave up three goals in a 36-second span of the third period Wednesday night and were beaten, 7-2, by the defending Major Indoor Soccer League champion Blast in Baltimore.

The loss dropped the Lazers’ record to 15-10 and left them tied with the Wichita Wings for second place in the MISL’s Western Division, 3 1/2 games behind the San Diego Sockers. Baltimore leads the East with a 17-6 record.
