5.1 Quake, Called Largest in 17 Years, Rocks Alaska

FAIRBANKS, Alaska —
An earthquake described as the largest in 17 years rocked central Alaska, but no damage or injuries were reported, the National Earthquake Information Center reported Thursday.
The quake, registering 5.1 on the Richter scale, was recorded Wednesday night.
