Titan Women Gymnasts Lose to No. 1 Utah; Men Beat BYU
The Cal State Fullerton women’s team, ranked No. 4 in the nation, lost to No. 1 Utah, 187.2-186.35 Friday night in a tri-meet in Titan Gym. Taunia Rodgers and Tami Elliott finished first and second in the all-around for the Titans.
The Titan men’s gymnastics team, ranked No. 15, beat 10th-ranked Brigham Young and Houston Baptist. Fullerton (7-2) was led by Matt Stelling, who scored a 55.75 to place second in the all-around competition.
