Westlake Village Building Rising

Completion of a $4.1-million, 69,970-square-foot research and development, headquarters and manufacturing building on 3.75 acres at Lindero Canyon Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Westlake Village, is scheduled for March.

The developer, Goodrich-Bass Associates of Westlake Village, is also developing a $2-million, 40,428-square-foot research and development / manufacturing building on 2.54 acres fronting Old Conejo Road and adjacent to the Ventura (101) Freeway in the Newbury Park area of Thousand Oaks. The first phase of construction is completed and tenant improvements are beginning. Mutual Properties is the leasing agent for both.
