The body of an unidentified man who suffered multiple cuts on his head was found Tuesday afternoon in an orange grove near Escondido. The body was discovered about 4 p.m. in the 2300 block of Broadway by the owner of the grove, Richard Newcom, said Sgt. D.Q. Martin of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. No weapon was found, and there are no suspects in the case, Martin said.
