Pacific Scene Inc. has registered sales of 51 homes valued at $5.6 million at six locations in San Diego in late January. It was the second best sales weekend in San Diego County for the firm during its 14 years of business in that area, and the top seller was the Summerhill project in Encinitas.

A total of 125 condominiums were sold in five months at Casablanca, McKellar Development of La Jolla’s condominium community in Rancho Penasquitos. The two- and three-bedroom units, priced from $69,900 to $94,900, are under construction.

Sunburst Oceanside surpassed the 150 mark in sales in late January. The project, which opened at the beginning of the year, offers three- and four-bedroom plans in a price range of $89,995 to $109,495. The developer is the Suburst Homes Co.
