Officer Suffers Wound
A Garden Grove police officer suffered a minor leg wound when his gun accidentally discharged as he was trying to replace it in its holster during an arrest. Police said the officer, Terry Martin, was treated for a slight wound to his right thigh Sunday night but was not hospitalized. Martin was one of several officers watching a car reportedly used in a Westminster robbery, and when two men approached the car, they were arrested.
