Murdock W.B. Associates has leased 14,700 square feet in the Wilshire Bundy Plaza at 12121 Wilshire Blvd to Thomas L. Karsten & Associates. The ten-year, $4-million lease transaction was negotiated for both parties by Westside Commercial Brokerage Co.
