Betancur to Meet Reagan

WASHINGTON —
President Belisario Betancur of Colombia will meet President Reagan at the White House on April 4, White House press spokesman Larry Speakes said Tuesday. He described Betancur’s trip to the United States as an official working visit but gave no information about the subjects to be discussed.
